At the start of each month, you’ll reserve a set number of design hours by paying upfront—securing your spot on my schedule. This setup is perfect for ongoing needs like social media graphics, minor website updates, marketing materials, and more. It ensures you get high-quality design work without the stress of fluctuating fees or unpredictable deadlines.

Depending on the package you choose, I’ll block out the corresponding hours in my calendar and plan my workload around your needs. As a retainer client, you’ll receive both priority scheduling and a discounted rate for committing in advance.

• You have a variety of design and marketing needs on a monthly basis.
• Your inbox is consistently flooded with the same questions and it’s taking up too much of your valuable time
• You have an overworked staff member taking on a second role as marketing coordinator because hiring another employee doesn’t fit in the budget
• Despite offering a quality product or service, your business isn’t growing
• Your designer is heading out on leave. How do you find someone to temporarily step in?

• The retainer program is only for clients who already have their basic brand guidelines and logo complete, new logo designs do not fall under this program.
• A minimum 3-month commitment is required.
• A set number of hours is allocated each month for your projects. Please see the pricing below to get a better sense of the average price ranges that will be based on your project needs.
• Payment will be due on the 1st of each month, for the month ahead.
• Unused retainer hours will expire at the end of each month, they do not roll over, as that would defeat the purpose of a project retainer.
• I will let you know if we are running close to hitting your monthly hours. If additional time is needed for the month, you will be made aware before committing to pay extra.
